WOLF Drone

Description:

Lycoform Construction: The WOLF drone is modeled after a physical wolf, and as such is a Quadruped standing 1.6 meters tall at the shoulder, and weighing in at around 400 kilograms.
Propulsion System: As an autonomous vehicle that used a quadrupedal movement mode, the WOLF can run at 29kph with full mobility, rising to 115kph in case of emergencies. The WOLF can also make use of its servo assisted limbs to leap up to 40 meters with a running start, or up to 20 meters straight up.
Electronic Countermeasures: The WOLF is shielded from most Electronic Warfare systems.
Nano Reactor: Built into the body of the WOLF is a tiny (golf-ball sized) nuclear reactor capable of powering the drone indefinitely.
Comms System: The inbuilt Comms System is capable of being encrypted with 128-bit encryption and can receive all recognised broadcast frequency transmissions (Including TV and Radio).
System Link: A Satellite-linked communications system enabling the WOLF to stay in contact with ODIN is built into the contours of the WOLFs design. This linkage can be jammed by Radio dead-spots and the like but is re-established immediately upon leaving such an area.
Sensory Recording hard Drive: In case of the afore-mentioned Radio dead-spots, WOLFs come equipped with a Black Box which records all of their sensory data. This enables ODIN to have the missing sections uploaded as soon as a link is re-established.
Optical Enhancement Systems: Like ODIN, the WOLF has visual imaging technology that works into the Infrared and Ultraviolet wavelengths. It can also use magnification technology to enhance the images it captures.
Audio Enhancement Systems: Again like ODIN, the WOLF also has an Auditory range that extends from Ultra Low Frequency all the way up to Ultrasonic Frequencies. It can also magnify any chosen audio component and locate it in its surroundings
Chemoreceptor Systems: Again, like ODIN, the WOLF has something of a sense of smell. The Chemoreceptor sensors in the Drone are as sensitive as a bloodhounds nose; capable of recognising, detecting and tracking individuals without issue.
Weapons Systems: Whereas the RAVEN is a purely non-combat drone, the WOLF can defend itself (and ODIN) if necessary. Powerful vice-like machinery is built into the drones ‘head’ to provide a crushing strength of 100 tons of pressure in the Jaws of the drone. It can also use its paws and its mass to crush smaller creatures or objects, or damage larger ones. Finally it has powerful laser weaponry built into its Optical Sensor network, capable of destroying medium-sized targets in a single hit.
